I'm a physicist and computer scientist. I founded and lead the technical side of Reservity AI, a platform that automates bookings and client interactions for small and medium-sized businesses through conversational AI. My work starts from a simple premise: the models and math you study in graduate school don't have to stay there — they can become tools that any business uses every day to stop losing appointments and clients.
My academic path started with a strong foundation in Physics and Mathematics during high school at Preparatoria Federal por Cooperación "Francisco Medina Cedillo" (class of 2017–2020), and continued through a B.Sc. in Applied Physics. Before founding the company, I went through applied physics, AI research applied to oncology, and I'm now pursuing graduate studies in computing and artificial intelligence at INAOE and Université Grenoble Alpes (MoSIG). That mix — mathematical rigor plus real product — is the thread running through everything I build.
High-level mathematical training focused on modeling complex systems: linear algebra, calculus, and stochastic methods applied directly to algorithm design.
Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica (National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics). Specialization in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Master of Science in Informatics at Grenoble, a two-year international program jointly organized by Grenoble INP - Ensimag and IM²AG (UGA), taught in English. Focus on advanced informatics and artificial intelligence.
Edgar led a software and AI research project within the Comprehensive Oncology Center at Hospital Ángeles Puebla.
This project not only validated his ability to solve computer vision and pattern recognition problems on real, sensitive data; it also laid the groundwork in automated data processing that he later carried into the commercial world when founding Reservity AI.

The core of the product. Systems capable of interpreting complex human intent within a conversation to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments autonomously — without the business having to write a single rigid decision-tree flow.
A centralized architecture that connects messaging flows — Meta API for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger — with automated databases and cloud CRM, so the business sees all its conversations and bookings in one place regardless of the originating channel.
His background in applied physics translates here into efficient algorithms for handling schedules, availability, and automated waiting queues, reducing the margins of error typical of manual scheduling.
